The short version, in plain words.
A record of which vehicles a community has authorised to park, and the means to create and check those records.
We are not a parking enforcement service, a towing service, or a legal adviser. We don't authorise the removal of any vehicle and we don't decide what a community's rules should be. Enforcement authority comes from your governing documents and from state and local law, and it is yours — including the responsibility that goes with it.
The records reflect what people entered. We don't verify that a plate belongs to the person who typed it, and a vehicle that can't be identified can't be registered. Use the records as evidence, not as proof.
It stays yours. You can export it, and if you leave you can take it with you.
