HOA Parking Pass
For HOAs with short-term rentals

Know whose car is parked at your community.

Owners send the link. Guests enter a plate. Your board can look it up — and nobody has to be awake when a guest arrives at 11pm.

Free up to 50 units · Standard $49 per month

Why not just hand out passes

Nothing to hand over, nothing to get back.

A plastic pass that hangs from a mirror leaves with the guest. Then the next booking has nothing to park with, somebody has to work out where it went, and an owner is posting a replacement to a place they don't live. A link can't be lost or driven off with, and it stops working on its own the morning the stay ends.

What it does

It answers one question, properly.

Is this car supposed to be here right now, and whose is it? Short-term rentals turn over constantly, and a list somebody updates when they remember is worse than nothing — it makes a board confident about the wrong thing.

  • Owners register their own vehicles
  • Guest registrations expire on their own
  • Per-unit limits, so one busy rental can't take every space
  • Guest-nights per unit — the number the quota conversation needs
  • Units with no owner on record, which is where a board has nobody to ask
It never tells you to have a car removed.

This is a register. It reports who is registered; your association decides what to do about anyone who isn't, under its own parking policy and your state's rules. That part is your authority, not ours.

Your guests are never charged.

No per-night fee, no surprise charge on a check-in message, nothing that lands in a review. We charge the community, never the guest.

Try it on one season.

Free for communities up to 50 units — enough to run a small HOA's parking start to finish without paying anything.
